Twenty-four telecom operators – including Vodafone, SingTel, China Unicom, China Telecom, Telenor, TeleSonera, Sprint, T-Mobile, Orange , AT&T and Verizon Wireless – have announced that they will form together a group known as the Wholesale Applications Community.
