Apple, News Corp delay The Daily

Those who wanted tabloid and trashy journalism, you have to wait a bit. Just a day when leaks of images purporting to show The Daily newspaper layout, Apple and News Corp have decided to delay the announcement of the supposed launch on January 19.

The supposed The Daily iPad newspaper is getting closer to reality after images of the app (albeit small) were discovered on the app’s new website after a bit of digging. Damon Kiesow, from Poynter, went inside the CSS files of the paper’s site – thedaily.com – to find the image.
