Timeline is expanding! Facebook has announced that the new profile design will now be integrated to pages, meaning that companies will – like profiles – go all the way back to the past and add content easily to their very own “timeline”.
The company also announced that all pages will automatically convert to the new template on March 30, but page owners have the option to preview the new pages so they can ‘clean things up’ before launch. However, while you get the Composer and Cover photo; there will be some differences, including the “Pinned post” anchor – where page owners can post the most important story for up to 7 days.
Basically, this will radically change how we do our brand pages on Facebook now.
