HTC has experienced a major leak on its two supposedly new and upcoming phones for both Android and Windows Phone 7 after video has emerged on the web showing the two, and both were reported by the same team (though on supposedly different websites which are known as 247Android and 247WindowsPhone).
The Windows Phone 7 phone has been called Schubert and nothing has really emerged from that other than its name (or codename), but there is speculation that this will be the first phone out there in the market, and that it will be (because of “tradition”) that it will be running the Snapdragon 1GHz CPU from Qualcomm.
The Android phone, known as the Desire HD, does have some specifications to come along with the video. Desire HD will feature Android 2.2 and features a large 4.3-inch touchscreen. It also has an 8-megapixel camera that can record 720p HD resolution video and 4GB of on-board memory. It also apparently has an e-book reader feature and will be running the Snapdragon processor.
There is speculation that this will be the GSM version (or in other words, the international version) of the HTC EVO 4G (without the 4G).
Video of both devices are below.
