Rose : iPhone to have Copy and Paste in Version 3.0

By on

Kevin Rose, from Digg and Diggnation fame, has said that Apple will be bringing in copy and paste functionality, a feature that has been absent in the current and previous versions of the iPhone OS, in the latest version when it showcases it to the press on the 17th of March.

Rose, who used the SXSW event for Diggnation to make this announcement, is known for making Apple rumours – like that new iPod nano in September. Remember that?

He also announced that Apple would add in features that would make it have an advantage over the Palm’s recent offering, the Palm Pre – which includes (or not) tethering your phone to use it as a internet connection, or background processing (letting applications run on the background, and this currently exist for audio-only uses).
