we are currently working on sorting these problems out, unfortunately our low level server administrators have been working on this bug for quite a while now and have not been able to find a solution as you know (the bug is caused by the panel software we use and has never been seen before)

i will now be forwarding this to our level 1 server administrator to get this sorted

Would have been nice to write an e-mail without grammar problems, but at least we got an update. We are monitoring this very closely.
