Well, this might answer the question at the top. The NokiPhone N3000i says that it brings the best of “Both Worlds”, merging the iPhone’s touchscreen capabilities and the Nokia N96’s dual slide keypad, with one side having the usual keypad, and the other showing the media buttons (play, stop, fast forward, etc.).
Great News! The widely anticipated Nokia N96 (the phone that has 16GB of storage plus expandable memory, among other things) will be coming out in Europe for a estimated retail price of EUR 550, before taxes and subsidies.
The Nokia N96 is now coming to American users in Q4 2008. The phone, the successor to the Nokia N95, features the same keyboard layout, but will come with a 16GB built-in memory with an microSD card, GPS and Wi-Fi Support. Is this a competitor to the iPhone – I think so, even though it lacks a touch screen.
