Yes, it’s so true. Apple, Real, Microsoft and Adobe have been sued by Media Rights Technologies for… manufacturing billion of copies of Real Player, Windows Vista, Apple iTunes & iPod and Adobe Flash Player without the regard of the DMCA and intellectual properties.

Slingbox has released 1.0 for their Slingbox for Mac software. Slingbox is a software/hardware combination, with the hardware connected to your Set Top Box or TV and streaming it on the web with full control over that service on the software. As well, the software contains the Apple TV support; which will be released for Windows in the near future.
