If you want a Galaxy Nexus, well you’ll have to shop somewhere else if you want it on Telstra. The telco is slowly removing them from Telstra Stores – both online and retail – as the company is trying to push the other Ice Cream Sandwich phones like the Samsung Galaxy S III and the HTC’s One XL.

Ausdroid has picked up that the company has removed it from its online store, while TECHGEEK.com.au has confirmed with a local Telstra store that the company is planning to not restock the phone once it has run out. A storeperson told us that she assumed it was because of the Galaxy S III.

That said, you can still get it somewhere – your local Telstra Store might still have some stock so you should call them before you go out and buy one. You should also be able to find one from a Telstra reseller.

And if you’re out of luck – Optus and Vodafone are still selling it.
