Apple gives sneak peak into iOS 4.2 for iPad

Did you know that despite having all those pretty graphics, the iPad is running on iOS 3? Well, not any more. Apple has decided to bring this device back in line with all the other devices and has given a sneak peak on its website of the next update, iOS 4.2 for the iPad.

While users can expect to get multitasking, Folders, Unified Inbox, and the other improvements from iOS 4; the iPad will now allow you to print mail, photos, web pages and others on a printer connected on your network. Also included is AirPlay, which will allow users to stream video, music and photos over a Wi-Fi connection to any Apple device.

Don’t get your hopes up just yet. The upgrade is coming out in November. However, if you want to crave your inner Apple fanboyness, go and watch the Steve-demo on the September 1 event that is up on their website as well.
