iFixit posts what’s inside the iPad

What do you do when you have your first iPad? Crack it open and see what’s inside. Well, that’s what the guys from iFixit have done – as usual – breaking open the iPad casing to let you see what is inside the device that has many drooling over.

Inside, there are two big Li-ion Polymer batteries inside taking up the space. There is a logic board that contains a Samsung DRAM, the 1GB A4 processor and a Samsung NAND flash memory drive. Also, if you are going to attempt to do this – be warned, you will be breaking some of the tabs that hold the back and display together when separating them.

Other than that, if you still can’t wait to get your hands on the iPad, this should last you about a week before we go on to iPad crazy mode.
