The second Transformers movie, Revenge of the Fallen is said to be shown in Australian cinemas on June 26th 2009!

Here is some info about the new Transformers characters:
Autobots
Arcee:
Was dropped in the first film, shown as a female Autobot that transforms into a pink motorcycle. She is 1 out of the 3 motorcycles in this film, the others, blue and purple.
Jetfire:
Previously a Decepticon, who transforms into a SR-71 Blackbird. It is said that he may be able to combine with Optimus Prime like in the Transformers: Armada series, giving him the ability to fly.
Mudflap and Skids:
Known as the Twins who transform into a red Chevrolet Trax and green Chevrolet Beat. Mudflap is very hyperactive, whilst Skids is the more intelligent and mature out of the two. It has been said that they start the film by combining into a pink and white ice cream van, and at some point they combine to form a bigger robot.
