Django hits 1.0 – congrats

By Terence Huynh on September 5th, 2008

The open source web framework that is written in Python, Django, has just hit the 1.0 milestone. Django is one of the new frameworks that has generated a lot of attention with web developers, with sites like Pownce and parts of The Washington Post being powered by it.

Congratulations to the team and community over at Django.
